Types Of Residential Roofing We Provide

We believe in using the best materials available on the market so we can give you a roof that will last. Whether you are considering asphalt shingles or metal roofing, we will be sure to give you the best possible product there is to keep your home or business safe. There are more roofing types available than what are listed below, but here are some of the most popular and common ones in our area. Keep in mind that each roofing product has its pros and cons. Our team of well trained project managers will be happy to go over the products we offer and help you decide what option is best for your project.

    • Asphalt fiberglass shingles

This is the most common type of roofing for the classic, sloped roof. Why? They’re durable, affordable, and available in many colors so that you can find one that truly fits your home’s aesthetic. Fiberglass asphalt shingles are similar to your typical asphalt shingles except they are more tear resistant due to the embedded fiberglass.

    • Corrugated roofing

This type of roofing usually comes in sheet form, though it is possible to get corrugated roofing in large shingles. The ease of this form is that it can be layered over already existing roofing if you do not wish to do an old roof removal. This style of roofing comes in steel, polycarbonate, or an asphalt-fiberglass composite. It is best to use this style with agricultural and commercial buildings. Corrugated roofing is especially tough and gets rid of water quickly when correctly installed.

    • TPO

TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) is a form of single-ply roofing that is known to be especially heat-reflective and energy efficient. TPO provides exceptional resistance to ultraviolet, ozone and chemical exposure.

    • Designer Shingles

    • Metal

Similar to corrugated roofing, a lot of metal roofs can be installed directly over an older roof without tearing off any old sheets or shingles. The sheets of metal are usually cut on site to ensure a proper finish. Metal roofs have proven to be especially energy efficient because they keep homes cooler. They have a long life expectancy and when installed correctly can withstand very high winds. Metal roofs are also fire resistant and come in many different styles.

These are only a few of the options available in roofing, but are the most common ones. If you have a questions about wood shingles, concrete tiles, etc, please let us know. We work with you to figure out which material best suits your home and the environment around you.

Both the environment around and the structure of your home will be determining factors for which material you should buy. You will also have to keep in mind your short-term budget and cost of long-term upkeep of the various materials. Some materials require more upkeep, while more costly ones may require less upkeep as time goes on.

Along with whichever roof style you choose, you can expect proper flashing, nails, and fasteners to be used. Improper roof installation can result in future water damage in your home. This may result in costly repairs for your roof and the interior of your building. With our 20 years of experience in the roofing industry, you can rest knowing that each step of your roof installation process is done with care.

Residential Roofing Warranties

With each new roof, our customers will receive a 10 Year No Leak Warranty certificate from us and a GAF System Plus Warranty from the manufacturer (GAF). You can even upgrade your warranty to the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty which includes upgraded materials and an inspection from a GAF inspector after we install the roof. This can actually add value to your home as both of these warranties can also be transferred if you ever sell your home. If you decide not to use GAF, your roof will be covered by our 10 Year No Leak Warranty and the manufacturer’s warranty as well.

Residential Roofing Clean Up

A roof installation is a fairly large job. We do our best to provide a great service in a timely manner so that you can enjoy your safe, newly-roofed space as soon as possible. With that same level of care, we take our clean up seriously. We don’t want you left with dangerous excess metal and nails lying around your property, so we carefully clean that up as part of our work.
