Not only do we offer excellence and top quality materials, we also offer free storm damage inspections performed by our highly trained inspectors. This part is key in determining how much work needs to be done and where. Without a good inspection, you could be led into thinking that you need less or more repair than what is necessary. This will lead to further headache as you deal with your insurance company on inaccurate quotes. It could also mean that you will have to repeat the whole process once the water damage from the existing hail damage on your roof reoccurs.
Our inspectors are honest specialists who can help you determine what needs to happen to keep your building safe and free from any water damage. Remember that if you do not take care of your roof damage, those water damage issues will continue to progress in your home. This causes a need for more repairs and can bring more stress into your life. Call an inspector today to keep from furthering any water or storm damage in your home or business.
Hail can also cause a lot of damage to your property. After a hail storm, it may be suspicious if there is any sudden moisture in your attic or if there are random leaks in your home. Water damage isn’t just caused by faulty plumbing. It can be caused by roof damage from storms or hail. You need someone who knows roofs who can tell you if the water damage you are seeing is being caused by your roof or not. If damage is found on your roof, we will assist you in filing your insurance claim.
After we have installed a new roof or fixed your existing one, we provide a number of warranties. Our 10 Year No Leak Warranty on new roofs provides every customer with a System Plus Warranty (GAF) on roofing materials. You can rest assured knowing that this warranty is one of the longest warranties you can receive in northern Georgia. You can even upgrade your warranty to the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty which includes upgraded materials and an inspection from a GAF inspector after we install the roof. For roof repair you will be given a 2 Year No Leak Warranty to ensure you will have a safe roof for years to come. We don’t just believe in giving great service, we believe in giving you an excellent roof that will protect you long term.
Our project managers will meet with your adjustor at your home or business for the insurance claim inspection. We work directly with your insurance company on your behalf to assure you are getting all your damages covered properly. We understand how insurance claims are supposed to work, as we have years of experience.
First, we give you a fair quote that can be given to your insurance provider. You want a quote that is accurate to the work that will need to be done so your insurance policy can cover it correctly. You will also want a roofing contractor who knows how to properly document damage when they see it. Due to our experience filing claims, we will do a great job of documenting and estimating your repair costs so that you can get a fair settlement. We make going above and beyond part of our job during any repairs and in the insurance claim process. This is because we see it as our responsibility to make the insurance claim process as painless as possible for our customers.
We have many years of experience in handling commercial and residential insurance claims.
